Members 18 years of age and older are invited to participate in our Masters Swim program. It is recommended that participants feel comfortable swimming freestyle with their face in the water and efficient side breathing. Members may try one complimentary session and then must update their membership to include Masters for a nominal monthly fee.
Our Masters Swim program includes USMS Swim and Coached Lap Swim sessions. Coaches are on deck to guide swimmers of varying abilities through pre-set workouts. USMS sessions follow a schedule designed specifically to improve overall technique, speed, and endurance. Workout times for each session type are listed on the Aquatic Group Exercise Schedule. A maximum of 20 people will be allowed per session.
