Members 18 years of age and older are invited to participate in the Masters’ Swim practices. It is recommended that participants feel comfortable swimming freestyle with their face in the water and with efficient side breathing. Masters’ workouts are listed on the Aquatic Group Fitness schedule each week. Members may try this workout three times at no cost and then will need to update their membership to include Masters’ for a nominal monthly fee.
Tri-Masters is a lap swim program specifically designed to help new and experienced triathletes to perform better in the swim portion of a triathlon. This is a 4-part series that is divided into 6 weeks sessions that are designed to build your swimming technique and endurance. An initial video analysis is completed at the beginning of each session to help participants have a deeper understanding of their stroke technique and progression through the program.
