Gen is someone you should know. She has made life-changing decisions, over the past year, that has led to many positive health changes. After finishing nutrition classes and physical therapy for a knee injury, her doctor recommended our Next Steps Fitness Programs™; even after graduating from the program, Gen continues her exercise routine and attends water classes 5–6 days a week.
She raves about all of the aquatic instructors like Monika, Denise and Cyndi. She no longer walks with a cane or needs medication to control her cholesterol and has reduced her blood pressure. Gen says she doesn’t diet or weigh herself anymore but knows she has dropped a considerable amount of weight. Her sole goal is to be healthy.
