Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 65 and better will have FREE access to Northwestern Medicine Delnor Health & Fitness Center. Come explore our fitness center, participate in group activities, and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer for this day only.
New members who join on this day will receive $0 Enrollment and $25 in FitFunds.
Groove Lite with Cassandra
Time: 11 am
Location: Studio 1
GROOVE LITE: A fun blend of Jazz, Latin and Hip-Hop with modified moves for a great dance workout.
Gentle yoga and meditation with Terri
Time: 1 pm

Strength Lite with Jenn
Time: 2 pm

STRENGTH LITE: Full body strength training designed with lighter weights.
Aqua Circuit with Terri
Time: 2:15 pm
Location: Lap Pool
AQUA CIRCUIT: Join this water based circuit training class that will include aerobic and resistance exercises.
