Delnor: What lead you to join the Next Steps Fitness Program?
Larry Overstreet: “I completed 2 rounds of the Next Steps Fitness Program™after cardiac rehab. This program was suggested by the staff at the hospital”
Delnor: What do you feel was the most beneficial aspect of the program for you?
Larry Overstreet: “Seeing results at the post-assessment: increased muscle mass, breathing better, better cardiovascular shape and I can go upstairs faster. My physical fitness improved overall.”
Delnor: Why would you recommend this program to others?
Larry Overstreet: “If someone is looking to improve cardiovascular fitness and a general increase in fitness I would recommend this program to them. Cardiac rehab was a good start for CV fitness, this program helped with CV fitness and strength. Finally, the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable.”
