Men’s Health Week is June 11-17. The goal of this week is to increase awareness of male health issues and to encourage institutions to develop health policies and services that meet the specific needs of men, boys and their families.

Eat Healthy Foods Every Day
Get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals by eating a variety of fruits and vegetables every day. Limit foods that are high in sugar, salt and fat.
