Next Steps Fitness Programs™ are for individuals transitioning from or managing a medical condition or needing additional support to improve their level of physical activity. If you have a medical condition or need support to be more active, Next Steps Fitness Programs™ are designed for you.

Next Steps Fitness Programs™ offer specific support in the following areas:

• Cancer Fitness
• Cardiac Fitness
• Cognitive Health
• Diabetes Fitness
• Fit for Surgery
• Functional Fitness
• Orthopedic Fitness
• Pulmonary Fitness
• Transitional Care
• Weight Management

Each program includes:

• Health assessments at the beginning and end of the program
• Individualized exercise plan
• A program summary report available to you and your referring healthcare provider
• Unlimited full access to the center and its amenities
• Transition to full membership, including a waived enrollment fee upon completion of the program
