Staff Highlight: Personal Trainer Khaliah

We are excited to highlight one of our dedicated personal trainers, Khaliah Jones. Khaliah is a certified personal trainer who specializes in general fitness weight loss, functional fitness, sport performance, injury recovery and mobility training. Known for her supportive and motivating approach, Khaliah works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and build confidence both in and out of the gym.

Passion for personal training.

For Khaliah, the most rewarding part of being a personal trainer is the connections she builds with her clients. She explains, “I really enjoy building connections with clients and helping them reach goals they may not have thought possible. Seeing their confidence grow both in and out of the gym is what makes this work so meaningful to me. I love seeing the look on my clients’ faces when they tell me their daily activities of living have been easier since starting with me. It’s also amazing to hear that they feel stronger, have more energy and are healthier overall.” Her dedication goes beyond fitness. Khaliah is passionate about helping people live fuller, healthier lives.

What to expect when you train with Khaliah.

Khaliah believes in creating a training environment that is supportive, encouraging and tailored to each client’s needs and abilities. She likes to keep her sessions motivating, goal-focused and fun, making fitness something sustainable rather than overwhelming.

She also keeps clients accountable outside of their sessions. “I typically send my clients home with homework so that they have something to work on outside of the training sessions,” she says. “Holding them accountable outside of when they are with me makes the results happen faster.”

Leading by example.

Khaliah’s own fitness journey continues to inspire both her and her clients. She shares, “I stay motivated because I know how much of a difference being active makes in my overall health and mindset. Pushing myself to improve also allows me to lead by example for my clients and continue learning so I can give them the best guidance possible. Getting stronger in every aspect of life is the ultimate goal for me.”
