This weight management program covers fundamental and advanced nutrition topics. You will expand your knowledge and learn skills to help you succeed in achieving a healthy lifestyle with the help of a registered dietitian and degreed and certified personal trainers.
Dates and Times: January 8- January 27
Cost: $160 for Members/ $200 for non-members

4 sessions expire 60 days after purchase
What to Expect:
1.) Each class will be 60 minutes in length:
– 30 minutes of education
– 15 minutes of practicing skills
– 15 minutes discussion, question and answer
2.) Each time you check in for a session the service desk will provide you with a ticket. Please hand the ticket to the instructor as this tracks your attendance and program compliance.
3.) When you sign up, you will be provided with a packet of handouts to encourage you to practice behavior change and to improve your nutritional habits.
4.) At each class you will be provided with the tools to set healthy habit goals for the duration of the program and beyond!
Topic 1: Learn about healthy eating habits, appropriate portion sizes for your needs, food and mood, and goal setting!
Topic 2: Learn how to evaluate the products in your cabinets, give your kitchen a cleanse, and how to grocery shop with confidence!
Topic 3: Learn how to manage stress, how to refuel and recover with healthy habits, and manage your weight.
Topic 4: Learn the tricks of basic healthy cooking and recipe ideas!
Topic 1: Learn more advanced nutrition skills to get the most nutrients from your food and how to set healthy sustainable goals!
Topic 2: The key to a healthy relationship with food is mindful and intuitive eating. Learn about nutrient timing, appetite regulation, and how to improve the way you eat and view food!
Topic 3: How to prepare meals in advance to save you time and money! Meal prep tricks!
Topic 4: How to use seasonings to spice up your kitchen from improved health and flavor! Recipes included!
Registered and licensed dietitians offer counseling to help you reshape your lifestyle and increase your well-being.
