Cholesterol: Understanding Nutrition's Impact on the Liver and Cardiovascular System

Cholesterol is always something your Physician wants controlled. Afterall, it’s a marker for cardiovascular disease  and risk for heart attack.  Nutrition is one of the largest key parts to the creation of cholesterol, and yet, also one of the largest parts in reducing cholesterol.

Our Registered Dietitian, who works with heart patients daily, will guide you through how cholesterol is created, what HDL, LDL and Lipids are, and why the gut is where it all starts.  You’ll receive up to date medical nutrition therapy evidence on reducing risks with food and supplements.

How do we reduce our risk for disease?  We start with this two-part lecture series!
