Yoga Nidra with Terri

Yoga Nidra and sleep are closely entwined. By understanding the benefits of sleep, you’ll begin to understand how Yoga Nidra can impact your life. This session will begin with a gentle movement practice prior to transitioning to the Yoga Nidra practice using Dr. Richard Miller’s iRest method of Yoga Nidra.

 

Please bring your yoga mat,  wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or whatever brings you comfort and coziness.
