WORKOUT
Alternate between the two activities as many times as possible for 5 minutes before moving on to the next set.
10 Jumping Jacks + 10 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings + 10 Jump Squats
10 Push-ups + 10 situps
10 Jump Squats + 10 Alternating Lunges
60 second plank hold + 10 Up/Down Planks
