Want to start personal training but not sure where to start? Join the NEW Elements or Ignite small group training program beginning February 6! These programs will provide in-depth fitness training with our degreed and certified personal trainers.
Receive flexible, convenient and affordable training
Training sessions will be offered throughout the week. You can choose to attend sessions 1, 2 or 3 times per week. Set the schedule that fits your lifestyle and take advantage of our affordable rates.
Achieve your goals with expert advice and guidance
Increase your strength and stamina at an appropriate pace using the expert advice and techniques from our personal trainers.
Training sessions in the Elements program will combine light strength training along with mobility, posture and balance exercises. Learn cardio and flexibility exercises that will help you to feel and to move better.
Training sessions in the Ignite program will focus on total body weight training to improve strength and muscle mass, and decrease body fat. High intensity circuits and intervals will help propel your fitness to new heights.
Individualized attention in a motivating small group atmosphere
There is a maximum enrollment of 4 people per session to ensure that each participant receives individualized attention from our personal trainers. Exercises introduced in each session can be adjusted to match your fitness level and individual needs.
