This photo features some of our Skills and Drills participants (Cooper, Mackenzie, Mari, Don and Isabelle) that train with swim coach, Mary Kay Bakken. They all swim on the Fox Valley Special Recreation swim team. They are showing off their medals won at the Special Olympics Regional Swim meet on March 10, 2022.
Winning gold qualifies the swimmer to compete in the State games this summer. Mari (participant in the middle of photo) has already earned a spot to go to the Special Olympics National swim meet this summer.
